Men and Boys face many issues in today’s world, including that they are often not believed when they share their stories of abuse. They also face many challenges in the workplace, such as being expected to perform at a higher level than women and being told their emotions are “feminine.” They are unable to express themselves, even though they have a lot of things to say. The reason is that society believes that men should be strong, tough and silent. The problem is that some issues cannot be solved just by keeping them inside yourself. If you don’t share them with someone who can listen and understand your problems then there is no way you can get rid of them completely. This is one of the main reasons why men are facing so many issues these days they don’t know how to deal with their emotions properly or how to express themselves in front of others without feeling embarrassed or ashamed about it.
