Welcome to Kairos and Pulse Foundation

Kairos & Pulse Foundation is a registered not-for-profit Organization dedicated to  a need to empower young boys and men in Uganda through mentorship, skill-building, education, and career development.

The Kairos & Pulse Foundation is dedicated to creating opportunities for personal and professional growth, reducing inequalities, and fostering a sense of community among young men in Uganda.

We have worked with a wide range of schools and groups of men and boys over the last 5 years, with strong results.

Members of our core team are passionate about mentoring and facilitating personal growth in teenage boys.
