Open Community Mentorship Program

The Open Community Mentorship Program for Men and Boys is a transformative initiative by Kairos and Pulse Foundation designed to foster personal growth, leadership, and emotional well-being among young men and boys. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by males in today’s society—including mental health struggles, societal expectations, and a lack of positive role models—this program provides structured mentorship, skill-building, and community support to help participants thrive.
